  • We currently ship across India.
  • Shipping to remote or non-serviceable areas may be subject to:
    • Additional delivery time, or
    • Order cancellation with full refund

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from:
    • Successful payment confirmation, or
    • Order confirmation (for COD orders)
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • For customized / made-to-order products, processing time may vary between 3–7 business days depending on product requirements.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier partner delays or unforeseen circumstances.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be:
    • Displayed at checkout before payment, or
    • Included in the product price (if marked as “Free Shipping”)
  • Any additional charges such as:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees
    • Express shipping charges will be clearly communicated during checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • A shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp
    • Tracking details and courier partner information
  • Customers can track orders using the provided tracking link.

6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Delivery will be attempted at the address provided by the customer.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
    • Correct shipping details
    • Availability at the delivery location
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

7. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

  • No additional shipping cost will be charged unless explicitly mentioned.

8. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERY

We shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery.


9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

  • Customers are advised to:
    • Check the package condition at the time of delivery
  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, please:
    • Refuse delivery, or
    • Record proof (photos/video) and report within 24 hours to [email protected]

10. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS

  • If an order is returned due to:
    • Failed delivery attempts
    • Customer refusal
    • Incorrect address we reserve the right to:
    • Deduct shipping charges, and/or
    • Cancel the order
